Eleven of this month's pictures feature food or a food-related event. (hmmm...)
Ten are about the cold and dark of winter.
Four pictures are of animals. One dog is peeking out of the curtains. Only the cat is ours.
Three were taken at school.
Which one is your favorite?
Oh Mary Lee, I can't choose only one as a favorite because there are so many cool ones in here like...
ReplyDeletethe icycle hanging from the roof; the leaves with the stripes of sunshine, the lantern surrounded by the snow, the awesome chocolate cake picture (that just made me hungry!)....see? I can't choose one. THey are all fantastic, great job!!
Mary Lee--
ReplyDeleteI'm going with that chocolate cake!
Yesterday, my daughter and I went to a fabulous bakery not for from my home and oredered her wedding cake. The bakery gave us samples of some of their specialty wedding cakes. Oh...SOOOOO delicious! We decided to have a three-tiered cake with two different flavors: strawberry grand marnier cake with grand marnier buttercream and fresh starwberries and chocolate paradise cake with rum syrup and coconut buttercream.
Oh my....I should have checked my spelling in my last comment!
ReplyDeleteI should have written:
Yesterday, my daughter and I went to a fabulous bakery not FAR from my home and ORDERED her wedding cake.
Cookies and cake, yay! Also like the two dogs :).
ReplyDeleteThe cheesecake seems to be winning so far. It is the most complicated (and decorated) cheesecake I've ever made. I got the recipe from the blog Smitten Kitchen. It's Cappuccino Fudge. Yum.
ReplyDeleteElaine, that wedding cake sounds like it's AMAZING!!! Happy wedding planning!
Jama, they're peanut clusters. Did you notice that one is missing??? :-)
The dogs... my favorite! Or the icicles...
ReplyDeleteI love Smitten Kitchen... I just made a recipe on Saturday for Breaded Pork Chops that I found on there... all these coincidences and connections!
I like the overall color and feeling of your mosaic. Is this something you do each month?

So many great pictures! It's a toss up for me between the cheesecake and the two dogs.
ReplyDeleteThat's a hard one. Love the large martini, but lunch with friends is hard to beat. I want the snow here so i can ski, and cute dogs. Over all it is a great mosaic.
ReplyDeleteHands down, food always wins!!
ReplyDeleteBut that picture of all those good looking central Ohio bloggers isn't too shabby, either! :)
