  2. LOVE all the food photos - looks like it was a delicious trip! That was your first time eating mussels? What did you think? I can't imagine a better place to have them for the first time, and the photo is fantastic!

  3. Laura, it WAS a delicious trip!! And yes, it was my first time eating mussels. They are not something I'd go out of my way to eat again unless I was near to where they are harvested, but I didn't get grossed out the way I do with lobster and crab (where I have to dismember my food's arms and legs with those stalky eyes looking back at me)!!
